A butcher hog is available as whole or half and is processed at our butcher or yours (if local we can deliver for you for a small charge).

The average weight of a butcher hog is 200-250 lbs.and is $3.50/lb hanging weight and you would pay the butcher fees. Butcher hogs require a non-refundable deposit of $150 which is applied to your bill when the hot weight is given from butcher. Call for availability and butcher schedule.
